Sexy Paige and other Sexy Manipulators!!!

So first off I need to thank my darling indie rock princess PAIGE WOOD for dragging my ass out into last night's rain to hear her sing some improve at Loving Cup all the way into Brooklyn. I started chatting up a storm with the bartender a sweet boy named Lucas who ended up knowing about 8 people and an x boyfriend in common. And he played some old tunes by our old pals The Witnesses,and he introduced me to the my new favorite band MACK WINSTON AND THE REFLECTIONS!!! This band has the drummer Joey Valentine formerly the star drummer of THE STAR SPANGLES and guitar player/singer Darien aka MACK WINSTON of THE WITNESSES. I'm currently hooked on their song "Manipulator" I recommend you watch the video here if only for the sexy chick in a hot dress strolling around.

Now that I've ranted on about the LA scene let's get back to NYC!!! The main reason why I went out was to see my southern dolly songstress strum her guitar and add some improv to her set list of old songs,current,and covers. Sex Style and Adventures with THE BOX!!!

Please let me start out by saying I take no sides in the battle between Simon Hammerstein or the Porcelain Twinz. I don't know both sides to the stories. But I am a fan to both the box and fascinated with the Twinz and their powerful erotic personna!!!



So if you've been following me you know I have a new found love of THE BOX without slightly pretencious hipsters that is. I'm a little late to pick up on night life trends and hot spots because well,I'm not a hipster. I love my home and crafting new accessories,and adventure hopping all over the city with could be,but won't be Billion heir-less Sophia Zahmir who is so endlessly kind to me. An absolute doll. My other native New Yorker socialista friend Jess, drags me all over NYC like a native she is dying to bring me to The Plaza for high tea beneath the Eloise painting, I love!!! I can't wait to see the Chanel exhibit in the park this week with her.

I wish things worked out better for the famed Porcelain TwinZ burlesque duo, because I've never been able to see their scandalous erotic burlesque acts. One day I would kill to dress these doll like sex goddesses!!!

Fashion Show Line outside THE BLONDS

You can tell a bit about a designer by the crowds outside its line,just waiting to get into the big show. THE BLONDS had all the right kind of cool outside. Rockstars,Fashion illustrators,a touch of uptown but mostly downtown taste makers.


My old pal Oakley Munson who currently has a band,with girlfriend Kristen named "Puddin Tang",Oakley is also the ex lead singer for "The Witnesses" a band that was making headlines in the earlier part of this century.

Die J Mars above has a band called "Tulips for Tina",he is an in house stylist at Patricia Field's and is responsible for getting the "Page SIX,SIX,SIX" t-shirt by SOPHOMORE on to Britney Spear's for the VMA awards.

Pipa McManus above is a fashion illustrator with hot hair that was appropriate for the BLOND fashion show. She was responsible for designing the Aurelio Costarella invite.

Being Beautiful while doing nothing is my favoriete all time hobby...

A good night for me is a tea party with beautiful pastries,dressing up and spent in the company of inspiring women of a spiritual nature out to help each other and do no evil. This post is random like my entire eclectic life.

Well by doing nothing I mean listening to all the stuff I did when I was a teenager. Yes welcome to my life it is and has always been about tutus and metal...Toes Shoes and studs!!! Remember what a beautiful boy Axl Rose was...Why is it necessary for our heros in the rock industry to fall. And by the same time why must they be touched by madness to get to the top. My best friend Kat recently met Johnny Rotten at the premiere of the Sex Pistols documentary. She put it best when she said "Sometimes our heroes impress us and sometimes they let us down.


I remember Stephanie Seymour's wedding dress featured in the "Video November Rain" was my dream dress....

Why do two beautiful people need to fall out of what was once beautiful love?

A few pals of mine Russelle Simmins (of the John Spencer Blues Explosion),Sammy James Jr. (from the Mooney Suzuki) and on violin,the lovely Gillian Rivers from The Pierces play alongside Karen O of The Yeah Yeah Yeah's ath Union Pool. Karen O is a total inspiration from my home ground in NJ...She's half Korean and half Polish and has style to kill thanks to the help of her BFF Christian Joy who custom designs for Karen on a regular basis.

A day in the life of Kristen May

Dear Diary,
My House has turned into a head band making factory. So I felt the need to work in my studio Sympathy For The Kettle...The rent is decent one iced chocolate rose chai is $6, and a lavender lemonade is $4. those are my monthly dues approximately 50 dollars a week's rent. One day I will have a real studio....


I finished up and checked my email at home and surprise Mylan Bui my prodigy/publicist sent me note that Katy Perry would like to wear a few Angel Lust head candy. Agyness Deyn should be wearing Angel Lust I thought. So it's a good thing I ran into her later on.

Later on my friend's Reno Bo and Marc Philippe Eskenazi where playing for Albert Hammond Jr. at the Virgin Mega-store before they leave for Australia and Japan. I think I was probably the oldest person in the audience which consisted of teenagers,Agyness,and Casey a cool chick I helped get in she works at Teen Vogue and loved my headbands.
