Kickass Boots

I swear, Tesla Miles is a genius, there is no better way to describe someone who has conquered more styles than Madonna. Seriously though, every time she releases a shoe it is a surprise to me, always pushing her skills to another level of shape, style and texturing. Today's happy release of the Harvey Biker Boots certainly made me smile, especially when she remarked that they might not be my style... hunny, everything you make is my style. The boots, which are available for Men too btw, are the best grunged up short biker boots I have seen in a long time. Scuffed and salt stained, the boots have great details like the prim zipper pulls. These again seem to be on the latest trend, a one piece boot that attaches to the lower leg, with an invisible prim foot attachment that effectively amputates your foot.

Truly great boots from Tesla, grab some here.

Other stuff; Redgrave Skin, TRUTH Hat/Hair, Abyss Top and Shorts, COCO Jacket, Redgrave Gloves, Dutch Touch Socks/Fishnets, AITUI Tattoo.

Sweetest Bad Girl

I am a bad girl, maybe. Whether you are a bad girl or a good girl there is something fun and flirty about dressing like one. The Sweetest Goodbye had a pretty major release today, an entire collection of sexy bad girl essentials with something for everyone. It started with the delivery of the Get on! Boots in Black and Brown, and ended with a trip to the store to buy the rest of the goods.

The boots are tall and sleek, accented with mini belts and buckles on a very sexy slight platform sole. The are textured in attractive smooth leather and have some nice subtle shine details. The fit was perfect for my avatar, which is pleasant since I often need to resize boot calves. But these are modifiable so you can tweak the fit to suit your avatar if necessary.

The Get on! One Piece and Hat are equally appealing. The one piece comes in 4 variations, as do the hats. I have a huge crush on blue so Navy was the easy choice, and the coordinating belt with chain detail that comes with the set (and can be worn with other looks) matches the boots perfectly. I love the prim accents, really top stuff, like the orange tied arm band, and the open halter back reveals those sexy shoulders. The hat was really well sized and only required slight position changes to work with my hair. The entire look was biker babe chic, so I threw on a Black Heart necklace from Sole, and my biker gloves from Redgrave and decided to take my bike for a spin, yeah it's really mine.

That's all for now, time for this BAD GIRL to get back on the road. Ride over to Sweetest Goodbye for your fill.

The Stuff; Redgrave Skin (Leona), Analogue Dog Hair (Monday), Outfit-Boots-Hat from Sweetest Goodbye, Redgrave Gloves, Sole Black Heart Key Necklace.

StyleCard: REDGRAVE Girls' Biker Boots

Sometimes a girl just needs a change of attitude, and today my attitude was inspired by a song and some great boots. The boots arrived by way of Viola Leigh, the talented little dynamo who is producing footwear at a breakneck rate lately... and don't I love it! The REDGRAVE Girls' Biker Boots are just about my favorite grunged up high heeled boot to date. Well worn leather is as sexy as ever in this well shaped boot, I love the unbuckled and flopped open upper boot with it's fleecy little lining. They are the type of boot you don't want to take off, I assure you, and the early reaction I got when wearing these was huge... a must have boot in the Black or Brown, and tempting in the additional shades; Caramel, Olive, Sand & White. My humble pal Jonny reviewed the men's version here. (click pics for biggie size.)

I styled it up with the new Bijou 'Vain' set, it has a hint of great military style and sculpted short pants under a system skirt/hooded jacket combo. I added my own touches, damaged fishnet stockings from Dutch Touch (part of PuK set), Cachet Gloves, and the Tweed Flat Cap from The Hat Shop. Skin is Redgrave and Hair is Maitreya. All poses are from Oberon's Trick, a great little find. Oh, and the song is this one here, catchy huh?

Get the hawt boots at Redgrave, like now.
