The Rejected Trustfund Baby

Sophia Zamirh is exactly the title of this write up. An heiress with zero access to $$$. Weird,I know, especially in NYC. Anyway she bought this crystal bouncy ball for me from MOMA and anyone I've shown it to agrees its the most beautiful thing in the world. I use it as a good luck charm and so far it has worked beautiful wonders.

We met at Henri Bendel at a recent trade show. We swapped cards and before you know it we where saying cheers over non alcoholic cocktails in Tribecca.

Sophia Zamirh is a fictionalized name I'm using to keep her google safe.

Ali J and Her Artistic Paraphanalia

Another Myspace Illustrator/artist of sorts Ali J brings you whimsical little ladies on paper. You can have the luxury of buying little treasures of her creations online at this site Etsy.So support indie talent today.
Ali is another one of Australia's multi faceted designers. She is an illustrator that has appeared in a bevy of commercial work. I like the fact that she takes her talent of illustration to another level, meaning she dabbles in textiles and creates things from there such as cushions with artsy fashion media applied. If you are a bit more curious browse her blog for more!!! She's available for commissions, so start thinking about all the lovely Xmas gifts you can start buying or asking for the holidays. This mirror would be great to all you lovely narcissists beauties out there. Its available at etsy.com go see for yourself.

One Fashionista Who is Talented Twice

Kelly Thomson is both a fantastic photographer and a superb illustrator. It's a great thing to be dually talented in the art of fashion. Judging by her work each talent vs. the other really influences the art of one another. To top it off she's also gorgeous , what can I say , some girls get all the luck. Now go look at her myspace page if you want to hire her or admire the eye candy of Kelly's work.

Bubble Gum Pop Culture!!!

This is total pop culture art. Artist Jason Kronenwald create portraits of pop culture icons from bubble gum placed on plywood backing. Mixing colors is created by chewing gum. No dyes,no painting. These portraits are so fab I think I could even stand owning the one of a certain over done heiress.
