Sweet Marie

It's been a whole bunch of boots for a while now, it's time for a change. Camilla Yosuke sent me this wonderful assortment of her newest footwear, Marie Jeanne Heels from INSOLENCE. The Marie Jeanne's are a sweet ultra shiny Mary Jane shoe. They come in a range of soft pastel shoes as well as basic black in two metal options. They have a softly rounded toe and a retro inspired ample heel, a thick strap across the top is fastened with an attractive buckle.


I chose to wear the slate blue which has an almost silvery appearance. Other shades include pink, purple, beige, camel and the aforementioned black that comes in both silver and gold accent metal. A high heeled Mary Jane has the ability to be sweet and sexy, which certainly suits the rest of Camilla's line of lingerie and footwear.

Simple elegant styling was my choice for this look, and stand by for a bit of shameless self promotion as I am wearing the latest release from PIN UP Dolls the creation of my alter ego, Pin Upshaw, a silver colored system skirted satin dress with prim accent tie at the neck and delicate beading. Unique Silver accessories from UZURI, prim nails (with ring) from Love Soul, hair from ETD (currently closed) complete my look.

Shiny Things - Button Boots

Hey all you blogging fans, stand up and clap your hands! YAY I'm all moved in RL and couldn't be more happy! It was a long time away from my friends and all my pretty pretty prim shoes, but I'm going to be doing my best to catch up and reacquaint myself with all the shoes that have been made in my absence. More than a month in my inventory, I'd like to reintroduce you to the Button Boots from Shiny Things. I'm so happy that the fall season is here, you all know how much I adore the boots autumn brings. On the CourtX...

My old friend Zach has a special eye for shoes...I think his wife, Lilee might just be one of the luckiest girls in SL. So when Zach let me know he saw some shoes I might like, I tp'd right over. He was as always, right. The CourtX pumps are shiny and sexy, and full of fire. I grabbed the venetian red, but they are also come in a glossy black. The CourtX are made by Adrina Welders of AW Design and run $415L a pair. Her shop has a lot of various items for sale and when I spoke to her she plans on releasing more shoes in the future.
